Two months' notice? Nobody in the industry can agree

Since 1 May 2026, tenants give two months' notice. Simple enough, until you ask what happens to the one-month clause in a pre-2026 agreement, or when the notice actually expires. Ask three organisations and you get three answers. Here is where the sector disagrees, and why it matters.
